• First we talk about your wishes and our ideas, taking your budget and the urban planning regulations in your municipality into account.
  
• Then we make 3D drawings of the different design options for your home. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​That way it is easier for you to imagine the end result and make important decisions.
  
• Based on your choices we make a cost estimate.
  
• Then it is time to make detailed drawings and work on the extensive building permit application. It is a lot of work and can take a while.
  
• Thereafter, we make a construction file for the tender and contact different contractors.
  
• We compare the offers for you and we decide together which contractor(s) to work with, based on costs and skills, experience and reliability.
  
• Now let's build!
  
• During the construction process you will be assisted by us to ensure that the works run smoothly together with the contractors.
